Finding the WHY for a coffee business and building a coffee brand might not be in your focus right in the beginning when starting out, when opening your coffee shop, cafe or roastery.
The thing is, your coffee brand won't form itself, you have to take care of it yourself, attach it to your vision, your philosophy and your values.
How are your going to do just that? How can you work out a WHY for your coffee business that attracts customers to your brand and not to your competitor? How can you find out about what makes you different?
In this 4th episode of 'adding some flavor | a coffee marketing podcast' Gwilym and I are discussing how coffee businesses can find out about their WHY and to build a strong coffee brand.
He gives some great insights on the experiences he made with Prufrock, but also with the coffee cart he had before Prufrock and how different your approach has to be, when it comes to forming a coffee business instead of only having a coffee cart.
Gwilym stretches the importance of the customer and the customer experience when finding your WHY as well. He especially mentions to find out about the people that are not coming to your coffee business, yet.
